I have issues with the Android Software - What should I do?

Please check the App-Version you have installed on the device.
Since App Version 3.0.xx please issue the remote command "Send Debug Log". As soon as it has been issued on the device, the command will disappear from the queue. As soon as its no longer in queue, please drop us a note and also a detailed description of what you are facing.

We will then check the log file and assist you further.
